Payments are processed securely by PayPal. All purchases are final except: • Single Item & 3-Pack plans: full refund within 7 days if you are not satisfied (just email us). • Unlimited monthly plan: cancel anytime — no further charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

Refund Ninja is not responsible for any account bans, denied refunds, or issues with retailers caused by using our generated messages.
