At Refund Ninja, your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect (very little), how we use it, and your rights.
You can use Refund Ninja completely anonymously. We do not ask for your name, email, or any personal information to generate refund letters.
Your refund items, generated letters, and access tier are saved only in your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to our servers except when you make a payment or generate a letter.
All payments are securely processed by PayPal. We never see or store your credit card details.

When you generate a letter, your product URL, order number, and issue description are sent to Anthropic (the makers of Claude) to create the message. We do not store this data on our servers.

We use lightweight, privacy-first analytics (Vercel Analytics) to see how many people use the tool and which features are popular. No personal data or IP addresses are collected.
Since we don’t collect personal data, there’s nothing to delete. Just clear your browser storage if you want to remove your saved items.
